Donation Guidelines

If you would like to earn extra cards by donating graphic sets please make sure you follow the guidelines. This is to ensure quality donations as well as fair rewards. Also, with donations you are not limited to only donating graphics representing your track.

Level Badges

Limit - You may submit up to two level badge sets a month but one set must be Prologue - Act Eight and the second set must Act Nine - Epilogue.
Reward - 4 random cards, 1 random Seven card

1. A set of level badges contains either badges for Prologue - Act Eight or Act Nine - Epilogue.
2. Size must adhere to 180 (width) x100 (width) in pixels.
3. Images must feature some aspect of Batman (characters, places, etcetera).
4. Must include level name and Gotham City somewhere on each badge.
5. Save them in either PNG, JPG or GIF format. Minimal animation is optional.
6. Save file as (level name)-(your name)(donation number)
- example: year1-monica1.gif Next time when I donate a badge set, my donation number will be 2 rather than 1.

To submit, go to the forum and follow the instructions from there.

Master Badges

Limit - Two master badge sets a month
Reward - 2 random cards, 1 random Seven card

1. A set of master badges contain ten badges.
2. Size must adhere to 160 (width) x 80 (height). Or you can create a set 68x88 (or 88x68) to match the card size.
3. Master badges should reflect the deck they are for. If you are making one for an image specific deck such as a puzzle deck, please use the same image as the puzzle.
4. Must include set name and some form of Mastered Set Name.
5. Save them in either PNG, JPG or GIF format. Minimal animation is optional.
6. Save file as (deck name)-(your name)
- example: batman-btas-monica.gif

To submit, go to the forum and follow the instructions from there.

Link Buttons

Limit - Four link buttons a month
Reward - 1 random card for each button

1. Acceptable sizes are 88x15, 88x31, 100x35 and 100x50.
2. Save them in either PNG, JPG or GIF format. Animation is optional.
3. Must include the name of the TCG, Gotham City and images should be Batman related (characters, places, scenes, etcetera).
4. Save file as (button size)-(your name)(donation number)
- example: 88x31-monica1.gif Next time when I donate a badge set, my donation number will be 2 rather than 1.

E-mail them to me as an attachment to gothamtcg[@]gmail.com.

Card Decks

Limit - Two decks a month
Reward - 1 choice card, 1 card from the deck, 2 random cards

1. You must send 25 good quality images to me either compressed into a zip or rar file.
2. Do not resize them or edit them in any way.
3. If you are donating for an episode deck, image order is not mandatory.
4. Claim the deck at the forum and make sure it is approved before you submit a donation. You will be given a month to send in your donation, after a month the reserved deck will be open.
